Privileged tools are for service, safety and authorised development—not roleplay advantage.
If information or property would not be available to the staff member’s character without staff powers, it must not be used, disclosed or acted upon in roleplay.
Staff powers exist to protect the community, never to improve a staff member’s character, faction, business, investigation or personal dispute.
Staff mode may be enabled only while handling an actual staff-related incident in the city, or while actively developing/testing something under management instruction. It must be disabled when that work ends.
Noclip, spectate, free camera, teleport, blips, player lists, logs or admin overlays must never be used to discover hidden locations, interiors, stashes, criminal activity, player positions, evidence or information for later roleplay.
Staff may not spawn, repair, revive, heal, armour, supply, teleport, release, reimburse, alter records or recover property for themselves, friends, factions or businesses outside an authorised staff resolution. Every correction must have a documented reason.
Staff must not facilitate, overlook or reverse-engineer transfers between a player’s characters. This includes indirect player handoffs, shared storage, society accounts, fake sales, reimbursements and bank routing.
Remain neutral, separate participants where necessary, preserve available evidence, hear relevant accounts and avoid deciding a matter in which you are materially involved. Escalate conflicts to another staff member or management.
Development powers require a defined task and management instruction. Use a suitable test context where available, avoid affecting the live economy or ongoing scenes, remove spawned test assets and record material live-server changes.
Access logs, identifiers, reports and private channels only for an assigned staff purpose. Do not disclose reports, disciplinary history, technical security information or private player data to friends or use it in roleplay.
Do not delete, conceal or mischaracterise administrative actions. Cooperate with management review and disclose mistakes promptly. Using one privileged tool to hide another action is serious misconduct.
Staff misconduct may result in immediate removal of privileges while reviewed. Staff rank does not reduce accountability; misuse of noclip, spawning, information access or economic tools is treated as a serious trust breach.
